I am a biotech executive and investor who has spent two decades moving between the lab, the capital markets, and the operating table of company building. I was trained as a biochemist, earning a Ph.D. from Boston University with thesis work on the molecular pathways of fat-cell development, and passed all three levels of the CFA while completing his doctorate.

My investing career spans equity research (SunTrust Robinson Humphrey), healthcare consulting (Scientia Advisors / Precision for Medicine), and venture and public-market investing at OrbiMed, one of the world's largest healthcare-dedicated investment firms, where I led or supported more than fifteen investments across diverse therapeutic areas and stages.

Since 2022 I have worked on the operating side: as a co-founder of TalentsBeyond (a SaaS platform for biotech executive recruiting), Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Aviceda Therapeutics, where I helped close a $207.5M Series C, and today as co-founder and acting COO/CFO of Arionix Therapeutics, an immunology and oncology in-licensing company.

Personally, I love skiing and snowboarding during winter times. In other seasons, I enjoy hiking and trail biking. I recently picked up golfing and am having fun playing with family, friends, and strangers.
